We take a deep-dive into identity and specifically, cultural identity—like what it means to be a lawyer and a mother and the multiple other identities many lawyers have. We explore how one’s self identity affects well-being and other parts of our experience. Anne shares the model she developed in her doctoral thesis: the Identity Harmony Model of Inclusion, where she talks about harmonizing multiple identities inside and outside work.
